Ed is an experienced Human Resources professional with an extensive and successful career in Leadership Development, Organizational Development/Effectiveness, Strategic Learning and Development Leadership and HR Generalist work. His professional experiences have ranged from a start up organization, where he helped to grow it to over 500 employees when he left, to a global organization of 70,000 plus employees. His various roles include assignments which have provided experiences in strategic leadership accountabilities and practical application of leadership skills. Ed is highly skilled in Organizational Development/Effectiveness, Learning and Development, Facilitation, Leadership, Communication, and Customer Relationship Management.

As an adjunct faculty member at Kirkwood Community College and Mt. Mercy University, he has specialized in teaching Business and Human Resource related classes. He earned his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Secondary Education from the University of Northern Iowa and a Masters degree in Adult Learning from Drake University.
