Most of us don’t want to go to a Doctor who will write a prescription with no diagnosis. Prescription without diagnosis equals malpractice. As well, most of us don’t want to go to a Doctor who over diagnoses (analysis paralysis sets in) before they will prescribe a solution to our situation.
The process used to assure that your solution(s) will meet your need(s), has a balance of prescription AND diagnosis. Ed’s expertise, and primary goal, is to work with you to bring about personal and organizational success. He will meet with you and/or your staff to work through the process. This process is customized to you and your organization’s unique situation and what you are trying to achieve.
